What is the time of receiving the yurts and what is the time of leaving the yurts?

What can be purchased in your store? 
At our Convenience store you can purchase:
Cold coffee, espresso,Cappuccino, hot chocolate, beers, wine, cold drinks, pizzas we make on a stone oven, charcoal, charcoal lighter, marshmallows, wooden skewers, Poika pot rental, popsicles and ice creams.

What are the opening hours of your store?
The store is open like the reception hours, every day from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

What’s in every yurt?
Each yurt has a private toilet and shower, air conditioning for cooling and heating, a coffee corner with a kettle and a small fridge. In addition, outside each yurt there is a personal pergola with a picnic bench.

There are electrical sockets in all the yurts.

Do they provide a playpen for babies?
for sure! We provide a playpen for the baby for an additional payment of NIS 60, with advance notice. The coop includes a mattress, a sheet and a bath towel. You should have a blanket for the baby from home.

The difference between a zimmer yurt and a Camp yurt ? How many people fit in each yurt?
The difference between a zimmer yurt and a camp yurt is the sleeping configuration.

In the zimmer Yurt there is a double bed, sofas that open into two single beds and a mattress can be added if necessary.
The yurt is suitable for a couple up to a couple+3.

At Camp Yurt the accommodation is mattress accommodation.
We provide our guests with mattresses and pillows and you can order a set of bedding from us for an additional fee.

What does the bedding set include and what is its price?
Single bedding set: duvet, sheet and bath towel
One-time cost of NIS 40 per set

Double bedding set: double duvet, double sheet and two bath towels
One-time cost of NIS 60 per set

How many yurts are there in the complex?
In the complex we have a total of 23 yurts. Of these, 12 are zimmer yurt, 10 are camp yurt , and the delightful B. Olgi!

Are the compound and the yurts accessible?
The entire complex is wheelchair accessible and adapted for people with special needs. In addition to that, we have 2 yurts that are accessible for use by people in wheelchairs.

Is it possible to order/close the entire complex?
for sure! The entire complex can be booked and closed for events. We recommend that you contact us as far in advance as possible: call Mor, who is in charge of groups and events!

Is it possible to order breakfast from you? What is the price and what time does it arrive?
You can order breakfast with us for 09:00 with an additional charge. Breakfast for two – at a cost of 130 NIS. Breakfast for four – 250 NIS. Breakfast can be ordered up to the day before arrival at 11:00 a.m. The breakfasts include: omelettes, fresh vegetable salad, 3 special salads, 3 types of cheese, pickled lemon-based dips, olives, butter, jams, homemade rolls, naturally squeezed lemonade. On Saturdays you can also order: Jahanon for NIS 24, Ziva for NIS 28. it come with an hard boiled egg, sahug and Crushed tomatoes sauce

Is there a kitchen in the yurts?
There is no kitchen inside the yurts, it is forbidden to light a fire in or around the yurt itself. We have 2 outdoor kitchens with barbecue and gas stoves and a large kitchen equipped with equipment and cooking utensils.

What cooking utensils do you have in your kitchen?
The kitchen has an oven, toaster-oven, microwave, Tami 4, gas stoves, Shabbat plates, refrigerators, a large freezer and many work surfaces.
In addition, the kitchen has pots, pans, cutting boards and cooking utensils.
Please bring all your dishes, glasses and cutlery from home. We recommend reusable utensils of course.

Are there any restaurants in the area from which you can order TAKE AWAY?
for sure! The culinary world in the Golan is developing! It is recommended to make reservations for restaurants before arrival.

Do we need to bring wood for the fires?
No! We provide logs at no cost and without limit.

Is it possible to buy coals for the barbecue from you?
The cost of a bag of charcoal is NIS 30. The cost of a charcoal lighter is NIS 10. It is recommended to check before arrival the amount you need and make a reservation.

Are there enough barbecues in the complex or do you have to bring one from home?
No need to carry a barbecue from home! We have enough barbecues for all the guests. For Kosher reasons you are advised to bring a new net from home.

Is there seating area to eat in the winter?
We have a winter closure for the large pergola of the kitchen, so you can also enjoy the beautiful Golan winter in warm and tidy place to sit!

Can animals be brought to the compound?
No, it is not possible to bring your pets to us.
With the exception of guide dogs / emotional escort on presentation of a certificate only.

I ordered with a credit card on the website, did I pay?
No, the credit is for security only. Payment is made at check-in when receiving a key.

I didn’t return the key at check out – what are the consequences?
For each key that is not returned to us, a fine of NIS 100 must be paid.
