A small spring in the Mavo Hama forest, looking towards the Sea of Galilee.

Mavo Hama Forest is located in the south of the Golan Heights, it covers an area of approximately 1,200 dunams and is currently part of the Golan Trail. The forest was established by KKL in the early 1970s and today it is a neat and well-kept park that has everything you need to spend a whole day there. Throughout the park there is a lot of shade from the many trees, picnic tables, places to barbecue and also flowing water streams that add to the experience.
